Google Ads management in Lebanon runs from flat freelancer fees to a cut of spend, and Google itself sets rules on what any agency must show you.
Any agency running your Google Ads must put its fee in writing and, when it reports costs, use the exact amount Google charged. That rule comes from Google's own transparency requirements for third parties, and many Lebanese owners have never seen the figure it protects. They see one invoice line and trust it. The fee you negotiate matters less than who controls the account.
What follows covers what Google Ads management costs in Lebanon in 2026, what Google requires an agency to show you, what belongs in the contract, and how Voxire runs search campaigns for Lebanese businesses.
How much should I pay someone to manage my Google Ads?
In Lebanon, expect $250 to $700 a month for a freelancer running Google Search campaigns, per Furrsati's 2026 rates guide. Agencies that price on spend usually take 10% to 20% of it. Your ad budget goes to Google on top of either fee, so ask for the two on separate invoice lines.
Search costs more to manage than social because the work lives in the keywords. Every week someone has to read which searches triggered your ads and block the ones that waste money. The same Furrsati guide calls Search the most labour-intensive format. International agencies publish higher floors: WebFX starts at $750 a month for accounts spending up to $5,000, then charges $975 or 15% of spend, whichever is higher.
| Monthly Google budget | 10% of spend | 15% of spend | 20% of spend | WebFX published fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $500 | $50 | $75 | $100 | $750 |
| $1,000 | $100 | $150 | $200 | $750 |
| $3,000 | $300 | $450 | $600 | $750 |
| $5,000 | $500 | $750 | $1,000 | $750 |
| $10,000 | $1,000 | $1,500 | $2,000 | $1,500 |

Read the table from the top. At $500 or $1,000 a month, where many Lebanese small businesses start, a percentage fee of $50 to $200 does not pay for tracking and weekly keyword work. Either the agency adds a floor, or the account gets built once and left alone. A flat fee inside the Furrsati range of $250 to $700 is the honest price for a small Search account.

Is $10 a day enough for Google Ads?
Yes, $10 a day is enough for one narrow Search campaign in Lebanon, and under Google's budget rules it caps your bill at about $304 a month. Google can spend up to twice your daily budget on a busy day, but never more than 30.4 times it in a month.
At the $1 to $3 a click that WebFX reports for Google Search, $304 buys roughly 100 to 300 clicks a month. That is enough to learn which keywords bring calls or WhatsApp messages, if every click lands on a page built for that search. It is not enough for Search, Display and YouTube at once. Our Google Ads cost guide for Lebanon breaks click prices down by industry.

When a Lebanese client starts small, Voxire puts the whole budget behind one Search campaign with a short list of high-intent keywords in Arabic and English. We add a second campaign only after the first produces conversions we can count. Spreading a small daily budget across several campaigns starves all of them.
What must a Google Ads agency disclose under Google's rules?
Google requires any agency managing your ads to disclose its management fee in writing before your first purchase and on every invoice. Where a monthly report is required, it must show costs, clicks and impressions, using the exact amount Google charged, per Google's transparency requirements.
Two more rules matter to small Lebanese accounts. An agency must give you the customer ID of your Google Ads account whenever you ask, so you can raise concerns with Google directly. And an agency where 80% or more of clients spend under $1,000 a month must share Google's advertiser guide with every client and link it on its website, per the same transparency page. Google's third-party policy also bans false or unrealistic claims about costs and results.
Voxire invoices its management fee on its own line and never handles your ad spend. Google bills your card directly, so the cost in our report matches the cost on your statement.
What should a Google Ads agency contract include?
A Google Ads agency contract should state the fee, the scope, the notice period, and that you own the account with Admin access. Google's access levels run from Email-only to Admin, and only Admin can give access, change access levels and unlink manager accounts.
Agencies usually work from a manager account linked to yours. Linking is normal. Giving that manager account ownership of your account is not necessary, because ownership hands it control of user access. Google notes that an admin of the client account can end the link at any time. Make sure that admin works for you.
- Fee. A fixed monthly amount or a stated percentage, written apart from ad spend.
- Scope. Which campaign types, which languages, and who writes the ads.
- Reporting. Which actions count as conversions, and when the report arrives.
- Exit. A short notice period, and a written promise that the account, tracking and audiences stay with you.
Billing belongs in the contract too. Since the banking crisis, many Lebanese cards fail on international charges, so some agencies offer to pay Google on their own card and rebill you. That hides the exact cost Google's rules ask agencies to report. A fresh-dollar card in your company's name keeps the numbers yours.
Does a Google Partner badge prove an agency is good?
No, a Google Partner badge proves an agency meets activity thresholds, not that it will run your account well. Google requires a 70% optimization score, $10,000 in managed spend over 90 days, and certifications for half its strategists, per its Partner requirements.
The optimization score rises when an agency applies or dismisses Google's own recommendations, and some of those recommendations raise budgets or broaden keywords. Premier Partner status goes to the top 3% of partners in a country, ranked partly on client spend growth, per the same Google page. Neither measures what your leads cost.
For a small Lebanese account, a freelancer without a badge who reads your search terms every week can beat a badged agency that rarely opens your account. Whoever you hire, ask to see a live, anonymised search terms report from another client.
Which red flags should end the first call?
End the call if the agency wants to own your account, refuses you Admin access, merges its fee with ad spend, or reports only clicks and impressions. Each one breaks a rule above or hides whether your money produced customers. Good management shows in the search terms report, so ask how often they read it.
- A promise of the top position or a guaranteed number of leads.
- Performance Max as the only campaign on a small budget, with no answer on which searches it buys.
- Conversion tracking described as something to set up later.
- A long contract signed before a single campaign has run.
The same tests apply to paid social. Our guide to hiring a Meta ads agency in Lebanon runs them against Facebook and Instagram.
How does Voxire run Google Ads for Lebanese businesses?
Voxire charges $300 to $600 a month to manage paid ads, on top of the budget you pay Google directly. Full digital marketing retainers start at $800 a month. Both figures are our own published prices, listed on the digital marketing service page, quoted by scope rather than as a cut of spend.
Week one is tracking. Calls, WhatsApp clicks and form leads are defined as conversions and tested before any ad runs. Then comes one Search campaign, with Arabic and English ad groups kept apart and each ad pointing to a page that answers the exact search. Every week we read the search terms report and add negative keywords. Every month you get Google's own cost figures, your cost per lead, and the next test we plan.
Sometimes Google is the wrong first channel. A fashion brand selling on looks often does better on Instagram. Our Google Ads vs Meta Ads comparison shows how we make that call.
What should you actually do this week?
Open your Google Ads account this week and check who holds Admin access. If you cannot sign in, or you are not an Admin, fix that before you discuss fees with anyone. Google recommends more than one administrator, so add a second person from your own team.
- Ask your current agency for your customer ID and Google's own cost figures for the last three months.
- Find your monthly budget in the fee table above and see what each pricing model would cost you.
- Ask every shortlisted agency when it last read a client's search terms report, and what it changed.
