What does a software development company in Lebanon build?

A software development company builds the systems a business runs on, not just its website. Voxire is a software company in Beirut that designs and ships internal tools, ERP and CRM-style systems, client portals, integrations and SaaS MVPs for Lebanese SMEs and GCC companies. Projects start from $8,000, and the final price depends on scope.

What we deliver

What kind of custom software does Voxire build?

Most of the software we build replaces a patchwork: a spreadsheet here, a vendor tool there, and a WhatsApp group holding it together. The goal is one system that fits how your team already works and connects to the tools you keep.

Internal tools and admin dashboardsReplace spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads with one system your team logs into every day
ERP and CRM-style systemsOrders, inventory, customers and invoices in one database, shaped around how your business runs
Client and partner portalsSecure logins where customers, suppliers or accountants see their own data and nothing else
System integrations and APIsConnect payment gateways, accounting software, WhatsApp Business and the tools you already pay for
Operations and dispatch platformsReal-time tracking, scheduling and kitchen or field displays that work across branches and countries
SaaS MVPsA first production version of a software product, scoped to test the core idea with paying users
Companion mobile appsiOS and Android apps for drivers, staff or customers, offline-first where the network is unreliable
Arabic and English, RTL includedRight-to-left layouts and bilingual data built in from the first sprint, not added later

Choosing the right service

Custom software, a website or a SaaS product: which one do you need?

The three are often confused because they share the same technology. The difference is who uses the result and why. Pick the one that matches your goal, and the scope, price and timeline follow from it.

A website or online store

Choose it when: the public needs to find you, read about you, book or buy. Marketing sites, corporate sites and e-commerce.

Custom business software

Choose it when: your own team, branches, drivers or clients need a system to run daily operations, and off-the-shelf tools do not fit.

This page: internal tools, ERP and CRM-style systems, portals and integrations.

A SaaS product to sell

Choose it when: the software itself is the business, sold by subscription to many customers, with billing and product strategy involved.

Who this is for

Who hires a software company in Lebanon?

Our software clients usually have outgrown the tools they started with. The business works, but the systems behind it cost time every day.

01Lebanese SMEs running operations on spreadsheets, paper and WhatsApp groups
02Multi-branch restaurant, retail and hospitality groups paying for several vendor tools that do not talk to each other
03GCC companies that need operations software with full Arabic RTL support
04B2B service firms in Beirut that need a client portal, a dashboard or an internal tool
05Founders who need a SaaS MVP built to production standard before raising or selling

Real results

What software has Voxire already shipped?

Three client systems where Voxire owned the architecture and wrote the code. Beyond client work we build and run our own software: RTYLR, a commerce operating system used in 20+ countries, and VoxElect, election management software deployed in Lebanon's 2026 elections.

Lebanese restaurant chain · 9 locations · POS + ordering

Built a real-time multi-location ordering system that replaced 4 fragmented vendor tools

9 storesunified on one stack

A nine-location Beirut restaurant chain was running four separate vendor tools: a POS, an online ordering app, a delivery dispatcher, and a kitchen display system. None of them talked to each other. Voxire shipped a custom Next.js + Node.js stack with real-time inventory sync across all nine locations, integrated WhatsApp Business for order notifications, and built the kitchen display as a Progressive Web App that runs on tablets without app-store approval friction. The chain consolidated four tools into one, cut monthly software costs by 62%, and reduced order-to-kitchen latency from 90 seconds to under 4 seconds.

GCC fleet operator · 200+ vehicles · Lebanon-built, deployed across UAE + KSA

Built a real-time delivery and fleet tracking platform in Go with WebSockets

200+vehicles tracked live

A logistics operator running 200+ vehicles across the UAE and Saudi Arabia needed a fleet tracking platform with sub-second location updates, route optimization, and driver mobile apps in Arabic. Voxire built the backend in Go with WebSocket fan-out for real-time location streaming, designed a multi-tenant Postgres schema for driver + vehicle + dispatch + customer data, shipped iOS and Android driver apps with offline-first GPS capture, and deployed the dispatcher dashboard as a Next.js + Mapbox web app with full RTL Arabic support. The platform now handles over 8,000 deliveries per week with location updates streaming under 700 milliseconds. Built in Beirut, scaled across the Gulf.

B2B SaaS startup · MENA invoicing · pre-revenue to product-market-fit

Shipped a multi-currency invoicing SaaS from prototype to 1,200 active users in 90 days

1,200active users · 90 days

A Lebanese founder had a working prototype for a B2B invoicing SaaS targeting MENA SMBs but no production infrastructure. Voxire built the production stack from scratch on Next.js + Postgres + Stripe with multi-currency support across USD, AED, SAR, EGP, and LBP. Engineered multi-tenant data isolation with row-level security, wired up Apple Pay + Stripe for paid plans, built role-based access control for accountants and business owners, and shipped a public API for accounting software integrations. Active users hit 1,200 by day 90 with zero downtime incidents. The founder closed a regional seed round on the back of the production-grade engineering signal.

How it works

How does a custom software project with Voxire run?

Six stages, each with a named deliverable. The data model is agreed early because it is the hardest thing to change once the software is in use.

1

Discovery and workflow mapping

We sit with the people who will use the software and map how the work actually moves today: who enters what, where it gets stuck, and which tools it has to talk to.

2

Fixed-scope proposal

You receive a written proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed USD price. Pricing depends on scope, so the proposal lists exactly what is in and what is out.

3

Data model and screen design

We design the database and the key screens first, mobile and desktop, and you approve them in writing before engineering starts.

4

Weekly engineering sprints

Weekly demos on a staging environment, so you see working software throughout the build instead of a reveal at the end.

5

Testing and data migration

We test with real data and real devices, and move your existing records out of spreadsheets or legacy tools into the new system.

6

Launch, handover and support

Production deploy, monitoring, repository access and documentation. Optional ongoing support keeps new features shipping after launch.

Pricing

How much does custom software development cost in Lebanon?

Custom software at Voxire starts from $8,000. Pricing depends on scope: how many user roles and permissions the system needs, how many tools it connects to, how much data has to move across from spreadsheets or old systems, whether it runs in Arabic and English, and whether staff or customers need mobile apps. The proposal turns that scope into one fixed USD price. For comparison, here is where custom software sits next to our other published prices.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What does a software development company in Lebanon do?

A software development company designs, builds and maintains software that runs part of a business: internal tools, ERP and CRM-style systems, client portals, integrations between existing tools, and SaaS products. Voxire is a software company in Beirut that does this for Lebanese SMEs and GCC companies, with the same team handling architecture, code, deployment and support.

How much does custom software development cost in Lebanon?

Custom software and web applications at Voxire start from $8,000. The final price depends on scope: the number of user roles, the integrations, the volume of data to migrate, Arabic and English support, and whether mobile apps are included. Every proposal carries a fixed USD price and timeline, so the number does not move after kickoff.

How long does it take to build custom software?

Custom web applications take 10 weeks or more, depending on the feature set. A focused internal tool sits at the shorter end, while a multi-tenant platform with mobile apps and several integrations takes longer. The timeline is agreed in the proposal and tracked through weekly demos.

Can new software connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. Integrations are a core part of most projects. We connect payment gateways such as Areeba, PayTabs, Tap, Paymob and Stripe, WhatsApp Business for notifications, and accounting software through APIs. The full list of systems to connect is fixed during discovery and written into the proposal.

Do you build software for companies in the GCC?

Yes. Voxire builds from Beirut for clients across Lebanon and the Gulf. One example is a fleet tracking platform for an operator running 200+ vehicles across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with Arabic driver apps and a dispatcher dashboard with full RTL support.

Who owns the source code when the project ends?

At handover you receive repository access and documentation for the software we built for you. Source code handover is one of the lines in every Voxire proposal, so it is agreed in writing before any work starts.

How is this different from your web development and SaaS services?

Our web development service builds websites and online stores that face the public. Our SaaS products service is for founders building a software product to sell. This service is for businesses that need software to run their own operations, or a first SaaS MVP, built around their workflow.

Why Voxire

Why choose Voxire as your software company?

Software lives for years after launch. These are the reasons clients in Lebanon and the Gulf trust us with systems their operations depend on.
