2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number) when you submit our contact or quote forms
  • Job application data (CV, cover letter, professional background) when you apply for a position
  • Communication content when you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp
  • Usage data collected by analytics tools, such as pages visited and session duration, as described in section 5 (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only if you accept analytics cookies)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
  • Process and evaluate job applications
  • Send service updates, proposals, and project communications to existing clients
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it (through analytics, as described in section 5)
  • Comply with legal obligations applicable in Lebanon

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering services (such as email delivery providers and cloud hosting), provided they agree to keep your information confidential. When analytics or marketing cookies are on for you (see section 5), the analytics and advertising providers listed there receive the data described. We may disclose information when required by Lebanese law or to protect the rights and safety of Voxire and its clients.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (small files or entries stored in your browser) to keep the site working, to understand how it is used and, only if you agree, to measure our advertising. What happens on your first visit depends on where you are:

  • Visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. A cookie banner asks for your choice, and analytics and advertising tools stay off until you accept them.
  • Everywhere else, privacy-friendly analytics (Google Analytics 4, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity) run by default, and advertising tags stay off unless you turn them on.

Anyone can change this at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. To decide which of the two applies, your browser asks our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which country your connection comes from. The country is kept in your browser for the current session only. If we cannot tell where you are, we ask before setting analytics cookies.

Necessary (always on)

These remember your cookie choice and your language preference, keep the country used to decide whether to ask you for the current session only, and help keep the site secure. They are not used to follow you across other websites.

Analytics

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these run only if you accept them. Elsewhere they run by default, and you can switch them off in Cookie settings.

  • Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags. It does not collect personal data itself, and it only loads analytics or advertising tags in line with your choice.
  • Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you reached us, for example from a search engine or an ad. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
  • PostHog records pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and may record your session so we can see where the site is broken or confusing. Form fields are masked in these recordings, so what you type is not captured.
  • Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and how you move around a page, and may record your session as a replay or heatmap so we can see where the site is confusing. It follows the same analytics setting.

Marketing (only with your consent, in every region)

Advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and Pinterest. If you accept marketing cookies, these may record that you visited a page or contacted us, together with identifiers such as a cookie ID, your browser and device details and your IP address. The platforms use this to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Each platform handles this data under its own privacy policy. These pixels are not loaded at all unless you turn on marketing cookies.

Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode to pass your choice to Google tags. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, before you choose or if you decline, Google tags do not set analytics or advertising cookies and may send only limited signals without cookies, such as that a page was loaded. Elsewhere, Google Analytics cookies are allowed by default and advertising cookies are not, until you change this in Cookie settings.

How to change your choice

Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or the button below, to accept, reject or change your choice at any time, wherever you are. Withdrawing consent, or switching analytics off, stops future collection. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions and project inquiries are retained for up to 3 years. Job application data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
