Lebanese content packages start near $300 a month while US retainers start at $5,000, and the gap is mostly in what gets written, not in the fee.
The content marketing prices Google shows a Lebanese owner are mostly American, and the B2B ones start at $5,000 a month. That floor comes from Column Five's 2026 pricing guide, written for US companies. Lebanese agencies quote far less, often for a different product. A $300 package and a $5,000 retainer can carry the same two words on the invoice.
What follows covers what such an agency does in Lebanon and what it costs in 2026. It also covers which language to write in and how long results take, then how Voxire runs it for clients.
What do content marketing agencies do?
A content marketing agency plans and writes content that brings buyers to you through search and social, then measures what it produced. In Lebanon, most agencies sell the social half: posts and Reels. Fewer write the service pages and articles that rank on Google, which is the half that keeps working after you stop paying.
The split shows in the packages. IIS E-Solutions publishes a Lebanese package table where the entry tier covers social media management and 4 to 6 designed posts a month, with no blog writing or SEO content. Those appear only from the mid tier up. That is a fair product. It is not content marketing in the sense a buyer searching Google needs.
At Voxire, content marketing means three things on one plan. We build a keyword map in Arabic and English. We write pages and articles against it. Every month we report which pieces brought enquiries. Social posts come out of the same research, so the Instagram calendar and the website argue the same points.
How much does a content marketing agency cost in Lebanon?
A content marketing retainer in Lebanon costs $300 to $1,500 a month at entry level, against $2,000 to $15,000 from US agencies. The low end is the package floor IIS E-Solutions publishes. Hovi Digital Lab puts Lebanese agency fees at $1,500 and up. The US tiers come from Column Five.
| Option | Published monthly fee | What it usually covers |
|---|---|---|
| Lebanese entry package | from $300 | Social posts and design, no blog or SEO content |
| Lebanese full-service agency | from $1,500 | Full marketing scope, quoted per client |
| US content production tier | $2,000 to $5,000 | Writing and design with little strategy |
| US strategic content partner | $5,000 to $15,000 | Strategy plus production and reporting |
| Voxire SEO retainer | from $600 | Keyword map, pages and articles in Arabic and English |
| Voxire digital marketing retainer | from $800 | Content plus social and ads on one plan |

Read the table by what is included, not by the fee. Column Five advises businesses with under $2,000 a month to hire a freelancer or a fractional content lead before an agency. In Lebanon that line sits lower, because writers and designers cost less. The logic holds anyway. Below a certain budget you buy posts, not a program.

In our own pricing, the SEO retainer starts at $600 a month and the full digital marketing retainer at $800, both published on our digital marketing service page. Content sits inside both. We quote a fixed monthly scope after a discovery call, so you see the number of pages, articles and posts before you sign.

What is the main purpose of content marketing?
The main purpose of content marketing is to answer buyers' questions before they talk to a salesperson, so they arrive already trusting you. For a Lebanese business that means two jobs: ranking on Google for the questions people type, and giving Instagram and WhatsApp conversations a page to link to.
Most content never does the first job. Ahrefs found that 96.55% of the pages in its index get no traffic from Google at all. Usually nobody searches for what the page answers, or a stronger page already answers it. An agency that cannot show keyword research before it writes is producing pages for that 96.55%.
Google says the same in plainer words. Its guidance on helpful content asks whether a page was written for people first, and whether it shows first-hand expertise. A Lebanese clinic or contractor has that expertise. The agency's job is to get it out of the owner's head and onto the page.
That is why every Voxire content plan starts with an interview with the owner or the best salesperson, not with a keyword tool. The questions customers ask on WhatsApp become the headings. Keyword data decides which ones get written first.
Should your content be in Arabic, English, or both?
Write in both if your buyers search in both, and give each language its own page. Lebanese buyers switch between Arabic and English, sometimes in one sitting. Google's multilingual site guidance recommends separate URLs per language instead of mixing two languages on one page, so each version can rank for its own searches.
DataReportal's Digital 2026 report counts 5.38 million internet users in Lebanon, 91.8% of the population, and 4.58 million social media user identities. That audience reads both languages. The words people type differ by language, so a translated article rarely matches what the Arabic searcher typed.
Translation is not enough. Voxire writes the Arabic version from its own keyword research, then a native editor checks that it reads as if a Lebanese writer wrote it. Our Arabic content marketing guide lists the rules we follow, and our B2B content marketing guide shows how the same plan works for companies selling to other companies.
How long before content marketing brings in leads?
Content marketing usually takes 4 to 8 months to bring steady leads, the range Voxire publishes on its digital marketing service page. Paid ads deliver within weeks. Content builds slower and keeps working after the spend stops. Judge a content agency at month six, not month two.
Measure the right things while you wait. In the Content Marketing Institute's 2026 B2B research, only 12% of marketers rated their content highly effective, and 33% named measuring effectiveness as a top challenge. Ask the agency which pages brought form fills, calls and WhatsApp clicks. Post counts tell you nothing.
Voxire reports three things every month: which pages rank on the first page of Google, which enquiries started on a page, and what each enquiry cost against the retainer. When a page has not moved after three months, we rewrite it or merge it into a stronger one. We do not pile new articles on top of it.
Which red flags should end the first call?
End the call if the agency sells content by volume alone. Walk away too if it cannot show keyword research, will not say who writes the Arabic, or wants a long contract before any page ships. Each of these means you pay for activity you have no way to check.
- A price per post with no word on which searches the posts target.
- Articles written by AI with no named editor. In the CMI research, 12% of marketers said AI lowered the quality of their content.
- Reports that show reach and followers, and nothing about enquiries.
- Your domain or social accounts registered in the agency's name.
- Guaranteed rankings.
Directories such as Sortlist list Lebanese content agencies with reviews. Use them for a shortlist, then put these tests to each one. Our guide to choosing a digital marketing agency in Lebanon has the longer checklist. For quotes priced per post, our breakdown of social media agency costs in Lebanon shows how to compare them.
How does Voxire run content marketing for Lebanese businesses?
Voxire runs content marketing inside a fixed monthly retainer, from $600 for SEO content and $800 for the full plan, as listed on our service page. Every plan includes Arabic and English keyword research, pages written from an owner interview, and a monthly report that ties each piece to enquiries.
- Month one. Owner interview and a keyword map in both languages. We also audit the pages you already have.
- Months two to four. Service pages first, because they convert. Then articles that answer the questions buyers ask before they call.
- From month four. Social posts and emails cut from the articles, and rewrites of any page that stalls.
Content is the wrong first spend for some businesses. A restaurant opening next month needs Instagram and delivery app listings before it needs articles. We say so on the discovery call, and we point the budget where it pays back first.
What should you actually do this week?
List every piece of content you paid for in the last three months, and mark the ones a customer ever mentioned. That list tells you whether you bought posts or a program. Then put the same three questions to every agency on your shortlist before you compare a single fee.
- Which searches will each proposed article target, and how many people make them?
- Who writes the Arabic? Ask to read a sample.
- Can you see an anonymised monthly report from another client?
