What Tripoli web design studios and Beirut agencies charge in 2026, which ones publish prices, and the five contract lines to check before you pay.
Only one Tripoli web studio on Google's first page prints its price: $1,000 to $2,200 for a custom business site. That studio is Hadi Abdallah, and the rest of page one asks you to call first. Quotes you never see in writing are quotes you cannot compare.
The choice in front of a Tripoli owner is narrower than the search results suggest. You can hire a freelancer, a local studio, or a Beirut agency that works remotely. Each has a different price floor and a different way of letting you down. Below are the published numbers, what each option suits, and where Voxire fits.
Should you hire a Tripoli studio or a Beirut agency?
Hire on scope, not on postcode. Distance barely matters now: Syrtak says it serves Tripoli clients fully remotely with video check-ins, and most Beirut agencies work the same way. What matters is who carries the work. A one-person studio is cheaper and you talk to the person writing the code. An agency hands design and development to different people, with search handled by a third. That costs more and survives one person leaving.
| Option | Example | Business website | Online store | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer, Lebanon | Omar Halabi | $500 to $1,000 | $700 to $2,000 | Support ends if the person moves on |
| Tripoli studio, published rates | Hadi Abdallah | $1,000 to $2,200 | $1,200 to $3,500 | One designer, limited capacity |
| Tripoli studio, quote only | Syrtak | Pricing not published | Pricing not published | No comparison before a sales call |
| Beirut mid-size agency | Range reported by Omar Halabi | $2,000 to $5,000 | $5,000 to $15,000 | Low first quote, costly "phase two" |
| Voxire | Web design in Lebanon | $4,000 to $9,000 | $5,000 to $12,000 | Higher floor than a solo studio |

Read the table by risk, not by price. The freelancer row is the cheapest way to get a site and the most common way to lose one, because the domain and hosting often sit in one person's account, along with every login. The quote-only row is not worse work. It is simply impossible to judge until you have spent an hour on a call.
How much should I pay someone to build a website for me?
For a bilingual Tripoli business site of five to ten pages, expect $1,000 to $5,000, depending on who builds it. That spread comes from Hadi Abdallah's cost guide at the low end and the Beirut agency range Omar Halabi reports at the top. Hadi Abdallah puts most of the gap between a $500 site and a $2,000 site down to custom design versus a bought theme. His guide also prices each integration, such as a booking tool or the Meta pixel, at $100 to $400, and a headless CMS at $300 to $700. Ask which of those your quote includes.
On our own published price list, Voxire's full business sites start at $4,000 and run to $9,000. That covers custom design, a CMS your team can edit, with Arabic and English layouts that each read correctly, and on-page SEO from the first build. Our own rates for e-commerce with a Lebanese payment gateway run $5,000 to $12,000, and our maintenance retainers start at $200 per month. You get a fixed-scope proposal after a short discovery call, before anything is signed.

How much is a 1 page website?
A one page site in Lebanon costs $300 to $800 and takes one to two weeks, according to Hadi Abdallah's published table. It is the right buy when you sell one thing: a clinic's bookings, a restaurant's menu, a single event. It is the wrong buy when you offer several services. Each service needs its own page to match the search someone types, and one page cannot rank for six different questions.
On our own price list, Voxire's landing pages start at $1,500. The price reflects copy written for the search, a form wired to WhatsApp or email, and analytics that show which visits became enquiries.
Which Tripoli studios show up when you search?
On 1 October 2026, a search for web design agencies in Tripoli from Lebanon showed three map results: Surdesk Creative Solution, The Cabinet and Weedoo, each rated four stars or more. The organic results below them included Syrtak, Hadi Abdallah, CodeMiners and directory listings on Yelleb and The Manifest. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and popularity. A studio that ranks well for its own name proves it can do this for itself. Ask it to show the same for a client in your sector.
Look past the map pin. CodeMiners advertises websites from a low fixed price on its home page, which is useful for a test page and risky for a site you will run for years. Ask any studio on that list for two live Tripoli or North Lebanon sites, then open them on your phone.
What does a Tripoli website need to rank locally?
Phones carried 47.16% of web traffic in Lebanon in September 2026, according to Statcounter. Google also indexes the mobile version of a site first, so the phone layout is the one that ranks. With 91.8% of people in Lebanon online, your buyers will check you there before they call.
Speed is measurable. Google's Core Web Vitals set a good page at a Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, interaction under 200 milliseconds and layout shift of 0.1 or less. Ask a studio to run its last three launches through PageSpeed Insights in front of you.

A fast site still needs a search plan around it. Voxire runs SEO in Tripoli as a separate retainer, from $600/month on our own published rates, covering the Google Business Profile, Arabic and English pages for each service, and local links.
What should the contract say before any deposit?
Five lines protect you more than any portfolio does:
- The domain is registered in your name. A .com costs $10 to $20 a year, per Hadi Abdallah's cost table, so there is no reason for a studio to hold it.
- The price is fixed in USD against a written scope. Omar Halabi notes that hourly quotes are how a $1,000 project becomes $2,500.
- Hosting names who pays, where it runs and what it costs each year.
- Support after launch has an end date and a list of what it covers.
- You receive every login at handover, including analytics and the CMS.
A studio that refuses any of these is telling you how the relationship will end.
How long does a Tripoli web design project take?
Plan on three to six weeks for a custom business site. Syrtak quotes two to six weeks from kickoff to launch, and Hadi Abdallah quotes three to five. Both say the same thing about delays: they come from the client side. Late photos, unapproved Arabic copy and slow feedback stretch a four-week job to ten. Have your content ready before you sign.
What should you actually do this week?
- Write one page listing your services, your two main customer types and whether you need an online store.
- Request written quotes from one Tripoli studio and one agency, against that same page.
- Check each quote against the five contract lines above.
- Open three of each studio's live sites on your phone over mobile data.
- Read our breakdown of web design cost in Lebanon and the trade-offs of an agency versus a freelancer before you choose.
