Arabic and English SEO Agency: Beirut vs Dubai Prices

Beirut and Dubai agencies both sell Arabic and English SEO for the UAE, but only one of them usually publishes a price, and the language split decides what you should pay for.

A Dubai agency and a Beirut agency can both promise Arabic and English SEO, and their quotes can sit a thousand dollars apart. Global Media Insight's Dubai pricing guide puts local SEO at AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 a month. At the dirham's fixed peg of 3.6725 to the dollar, that is roughly $410 to $1,360. Across town, Hovi Digital Lab prices trilingual programs from Beirut at $3,000 to $6,000 a month.

The gap is not about which city is cheaper. It comes from what each quote treats as "bilingual": two keyword maps built from scratch, or one English map with Arabic pasted on top. That difference decides whether the Arabic half of your budget earns anything.

What does an Arabic and English SEO agency actually do?

A real bilingual agency runs two search programs that share one website. It researches Arabic and English demand separately, writes each language natively, links the versions with hreflang so Google serves the right one, and reports both in one monthly view. Google itself says it reads the visible content of a page to decide its language, so a translated menu over English body text counts as an English page.

At Voxire, the UAE program starts with that split. We build the English map for the expat and B2B audience and the Arabic map for nationals and Arab residents, then decide page by page which language leads. Our UAE SEO service covers keyword research in both languages, native Arabic content, hreflang and technical fixes, and local SEO for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

How much does bilingual Arabic and English SEO cost in 2026?

Most published figures for bilingual or multilingual work start around $1,000 a month and climb past $3,000 for multi-market programs. IY Media's Lebanon pricing guide places "ongoing multilingual content" in its $1,000 to $3,000 mid tier. Voxire's bilingual retainers start at $1,400 a month for the UAE and $1,200 a month for Saudi Arabia, both published on our service pages.

Four of the Arabic specialists that rank for this search publish no price at all. That leaves you comparing proposals line by line, which is exactly where the checks further down earn their keep.

Does the UAE need as much Arabic content as Saudi Arabia?

No, and this is where a single "Gulf plan" wastes money. Voctos, citing Semrush's Saudi database for September 2026, measured 39% of head-term demand for marketing services in Saudi Arabia searched in Arabic, and about 1% for the same terms in the UAE. One Arabic query it tracks draws 3,600 monthly searches in the Kingdom while its English twin draws 20.

Those numbers cover one sector, so treat them as a warning rather than a rule. Your own split can differ sharply. Before we price a UAE program, we pull the Arabic and English volume for your own head terms and show you the ratio. If Arabic demand in your category is thin, we put more of the budget into English pages and Arabic landing pages for the queries that do exist. Our UAE keyword research tool comparison shows which tools report Arabic volume reliably.

Why is translated content not the same as Arabic SEO?

Translation copies the English page's assumptions into Arabic: its phrasing, its intent, and keywords nobody types. Arabic speakers search in Modern Standard Arabic, in dialect, and in transliterated brand names. A translated page misses all three.

There is an upside for anyone who does it properly. W3Techs counts Arabic as the content language of only 0.6% of websites, against 49.2% for English. Fewer competing pages means well-written Arabic content often ranks faster than its English equivalent. We write Arabic pages natively, from the Arabic keyword map, and never run English copy through a translator and call it done. Our guide to how Dubai search works in Arabic covers the dialect side in more depth.

Should you hire a Beirut agency or a Dubai agency?

Hire on the proposal, not the postcode. A Dubai office helps with in-person meetings and local PR relationships. A Beirut team usually costs less for the same scope and writes Arabic as a first language. Lebanon's own market is also fully online: DataReportal counts 5.38 million internet users in Lebanon, 91.8% of the population, so a Lebanese business can run home and Gulf SEO from one team.

That is how we work at Voxire. One team in Beirut runs Lebanon, UAE and Saudi programs with a shared content structure and one monthly report. Clients selling in two or three markets avoid paying three agencies to research overlapping keywords. For the wider selection process, see our guide on how to choose an SEO agency in Lebanon.

What should you check in a bilingual SEO proposal?

Ask for these five things in writing before you sign. A serious agency answers each in one email.

  1. Two keyword maps. Separate Arabic and English research, with volumes for each, not one list translated.
  2. A language split for your market. The Arabic and English demand ratio for your head terms, measured for the country you target.
  3. Hreflang done to Google's rules. Google requires that each language version list itself and every other version, that the tags point both ways, and recommends an x-default fallback. Ask how they will test it.
  4. No automatic language redirects. Google's multilingual guidance says not to redirect visitors by guessed language, because it can stop users and crawlers from reaching every version.
  5. Native Arabic writers named on the proposal. Ask who writes the Arabic pages, and read one sample page before month one.

We send this checklist, filled in, with every Voxire proposal. If any line is missing from another quote, ask for it before comparing prices.

What should you actually do this week?

Start with evidence, then talk to agencies. Pull your top ten English search terms and find their Arabic equivalents. Check both volumes for the country you sell in, using Google Keyword Planner or a paid tool. If Arabic demand is real, ask two or three agencies for proposals against the five checks above.

Then compare like with like. A cheap quote without an Arabic keyword map buys you an English program with Arabic decoration. A higher quote with both maps, native writers and tested hreflang buys two channels.
