App Development Company in Lebanon: Rates, Vendors, Checks

Clutch lists 51 companies under mobile app development in Lebanon, and only eleven of them have a single verified review. That is the first problem with the search you just ran. The second is that the firms with the strongest reputations rarely publish a price, so the shortlist you build from directory pages tells you who exists, not what they charge or what they will do when your app breaks on a Sunday night.

This guide is written the way Voxire scopes a project: what to check before you sign, who the real Lebanese options are, what each of them costs as far as the public record goes, and the one engagement model that fits most Lebanese businesses.

How to choose a mobile app development company?

Pick the firm that can show you a live Arabic app, a local payment integration in production, a named person who answers the 2 AM crash, and a fixed price against a written scope. Everything else is a logo wall. The Ucheed evaluation checklist reaches the same six points, and our own intake does too, because those are the four places Lebanese app projects fail.

Here is how each check is run at Voxire, and what a good answer looks like from anyone else.

Ask for a live Arabic build. Not a screenshot. Install it, switch the language, and watch whether the layout mirrors, the numerals follow the market, and the input direction flips. A team that has shipped right-to-left work has a link ready inside a minute.

Ask which Lebanese gateway they have integrated. Whish, OMT, Areeba or a bank's own gateway, in production, with a merchant you can name. Ucheed's guide puts local bank and payment integration at $2,000 to $6,000 of extra engineering, and that number is about right when the team has done it before. It roughly doubles when they are learning on your budget.

Ask who answers on Sunday. Get the name, the channel, and the response window in writing. "We will look at it Monday" is a complete answer, and it is the wrong one.

Ask for a fixed price against a written scope. Voxire quotes every mobile project as a fixed price before work begins, and the scope document is the contract. If a firm can only give you an hourly rate, you are buying their time, not your app.

What are some app development companies in Lebanon?

The credible list is shorter than the directory suggests. Of the 51 firms Clutch shows for Lebanon, the sponsored entries at the top serve Lebanon from abroad, and most of the rest carry no reviews at all. Below are the Lebanese-based firms with verified feedback. Each row shows the minimum project size and the hourly band the firm declares, as of 27 September 2026.

Two things stand out on the Clutch page. The firms with the deepest review history, COMPU-VISION and ORIGIN, sit at opposite ends of the price range, so reputation alone does not tell you what you will pay. And the three largest names listed, Eurisko, ORIGIN and TEDMOB, all declare a $25,000 to $50,000 minimum, which puts a first MVP for a Lebanese SME outside their door before the conversation begins.

Voxire is not in that table because our Clutch profile carries no reviews yet, and we would rather say so than pad it. What we do publish is the price: in our own pricing, a scoped MVP is a fixed $8,000 to $12,000, not a minimum spend. One startup product we launched at that scale went from 0 to 1,200 active users in 90 days, the metric on our projects page, and that is the proof we put on the table instead of a logo wall.

What does a mobile app development company in Lebanon charge?

Between $5,000 and $80,000 for the build, depending on scope, plus 15 to 20 percent of that per year to keep it alive. The only Lebanese firm publishing a full range is Ucheed: $6,000 to $14,000 for a simple utility app, $18,000 to $45,000 for a two-sided marketplace, $35,000 to $80,000 and up for an enterprise app tied into an ERP. The same page prices a paid discovery phase at $1,500 to $4,000, which is the single best money in the whole budget.

The larger houses do not publish. Eurisko says pricing is "tailored to various business needs", and Sync Studios says the same in different words. Pricing not published is a legitimate position for a $50,000 engagement. It is a poor fit for an owner who needs to know whether the project is $9,000 or $30,000 before booking a meeting.

Two costs sit outside every agency quote. Apple's developer program is $99 a year, and Google Play charges a one-time $25 registration fee. Both accounts should be opened in your company's name, never the agency's, so the app stays yours if the relationship ends.

Should you hire a Lebanese agency, a freelancer, or an offshore team?

A Lebanese agency, for anything customer-facing, Arabic-first, or tied to a local gateway. A freelancer for a bounded feature on an app you already own. Offshore only when the product is English-only, the spec is frozen, and someone on your side can manage a team in another time zone. The hourly maths looks like it favours offshore; the total does not.

The published bands are close. Lebanese freelancers charge $20 to $55 an hour, and the same page puts South Asian teams at $15 to $30 and Eastern European teams at $30 to $50. Most reviewed Lebanese agencies declare $25 to $49 an hour on Clutch. A 600-hour MVP at $25 offshore is $15,000 before the rework, and the rework is where the Arabic layout, the Whish integration and the App Store rejection all land.

How long does a Lebanese app company take to ship?

Two to six months for a first release, and the firms agree on this even when they disagree on price. Eurisko states 2 to 6 months depending on complexity, Sync Studios says 3 to 6 for a basic app, and Ucheed gives 2 to 6 for an MVP through a full platform. Anyone promising four weeks for a consumer app with payments is describing a demo.

Platform choice sets the clock. StatCounter puts Android at 64.12 percent of Lebanese mobile devices and iOS at 35.87 percent in August 2026, so a Lebanese app that ships on one platform first leaves a third or two thirds of its market waiting. What should you actually do this week?

Run the four checks from the first section against three firms, not ten. Ask each for a live Arabic build, a named gateway integration, a support name and a fixed quote against your one-page scope. Whoever answers all four in writing within a week is your shortlist. If nobody does, the scope is not ready, and a $1,500 to $4,000 discovery phase with the firm you liked most is cheaper than a $30,000 build on assumptions.

Open the Apple and Google Play developer accounts in your own name this week too. It takes an afternoon, it costs $124 in the first year, and it is the difference between owning your app and renting it.
