The challenge

The studio had outgrown its scrappy early identity. Instagram posts looked like two different brands depending on the week, and the website read like it was built in an afternoon - because it was.

Member sign-ups in the first quarter post-launch ran 48% ahead of forecast. The studio raised its class pricing 15% the following month with no drop in attendance.
